At Little Yogi, interprofessional practice is integral to the success of our child-centered, yoga and wellness programming. We collaborate with professionals across disciplines to provide a holistic, therapeutic experience for children ages 1 TO 17. Our team members uphold high standards of care and are expected to work respectfully and collaboratively, adhering to both the IPEC Core Competencies and the standards of their respective professions.
Our approach is rooted in the belief that when professionals share knowledge, honor each other's roles, and communicate clearly, the children and families we serve benefit most. Meet Faye Kudar
Founder, Pediatric Recreational Therapist & Program Director
FAYe Kudar is a dedicated recreational therapy professional serving families, schools, and wellness centers across Maricopa County, Arizona. With a strong academic foundation in Recreational Therapy from Arizona State University and certifications in both Kids Yoga and Hot Yoga, Faye brings her passion for mindfulness, movement, and creativity to every child she works with.
Her philosophy is simple yet profound: recreation and mindfulness are more than activities—they are lifelong tools for cultivating emotional strength, social connection, and physical well-being. Drawing on her experience leading children’s yoga classes, designing inclusive therapeutic programs, and working with diverse communities—from veterans to children with neurodiversity— Faye creates nurturing spaces where every child can thrive.
Through her program, Little Yogi, Faye introduces children to the healing power of movement, breathwork, creativity, and mindfulness. This inclusive model empowers young people on their journey of growth and self-discovery, teaching them resilience and inner calm in a fast-paced world.
She often likens each child’s potential to the breathtaking blooms of the Sonoran Desert. Just as a cactus blossoms against all odds—its yellow, pink, and creamy-white flowers transforming the desert into a magical oasis—Faye believes every child holds the power to flourish. In her care, children are nurtured like rare desert blooms, blossoming into their fullest selves even in challenging environments.
Faye looks forward to guiding your child’s journey of healing, strength, and joy—watching them bloom, season after season, like a radiant cactus flower in the Arizona sun.
