Junior Groms MONDAY DROP IN

Fostering Industry

At this stage of development, elementary-aged children are eager to build skills, gain confidence, and take pride in their accomplishments. Led by Pediatric Recreational Therapist and Youth Yoga Instructor Faye Kudar, classes will channel that natural motivation through age-appropriate yoga sequences such as Tree Pose and the Warrior Series, as well as creative mindfulness activities that support strength, coordination, focus, and self-confidence.

Each session also incorporates simple social-emotional learning practices, including gratitude journaling and positive affirmations, to encourage collaboration, responsibility, and a sense of belonging. With consistent encouragement and positive reinforcement, youth are supported in recognizing their strengths and celebrating their progress.

You’ve got questions,
we’ve got answers

  • A therapuetic session includes warm-up games, socio emotional skill-building drills, mindfulness-specific training, team bonding, and fun group activities. Each session balances structure with plenty of activity.

  • Student should bring a water bottle, personal yoga mat, and arrive in comfortable, active wear clothing (and any necessary medications). We’ll provide specific equipment unless otherwise noted.

  • Upon registration, necessary disclosure or medical forms for your child are requested to be attached to their health assessment form before their first session. Please email directly to faye@littleyogiaz.com‍.

  • Our therapists are certified in CPR and first aid, and we maintain a low student-to-therapist group ratio for close supervision. We also follow safety protocols for hydration and equipment use. Allergies and medical needs are documented and closely monitored.

  • Yes! While we encourage full 18-week participation for the best experience, we offer $30 drop in registration based on availability online prior to the session.

  • Unfortunately, late cancel and missed class fee is forfeited.
